Alia bhatt talks about her marriage openly

Apart from their upcoming film with director Ayan Mukerji titled ‘Brahmastra’, what has kept Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt in the headlines is their link-up rumours. The two have been the talk of the town for quite a while now.

Earlier in an interview with a daily, Alia was questioned about what does she like about Ranbir Kapoor, who she will be sharing the screen space with for the first time. She reportedly professed that working with Ranbir has been great and exactly how she imagined I to be. She even added that he’s the easiest actor as well as a human being she has ever worked with.

Further, responding to their link-up rumours, the ‘Raazi’ actor opined that the truth never bothers her. She added that even lies don’t affect her because if something’s not true, she doesn’t care.

Alia firmly commented that link-up rumours don’t affect her relationships with people.

Moreover, she even responded to the question if marriage affects the career of a female star. Alia said that Anushka Sharma and Sonam K Ahuja are proving that married actresses can remain stars and they are doing it fearlessly, which is beautiful. She added that she would like to be one of those people as well. She feels that a good actor should not be out of work because of their relationship status.

Alia went on to add that she would never fear getting married thinking her career might end. She will settle down if she wants to. She believes that one should be able to have a career, regardless of being married or not.

‘Brahmastra’ is slated to release in 2019.
